We have a wonderful opportunity to perform at a neighborhood school, PS 199, on Saturday, October 18th! We will be one of the sponsors for the annual Walkathon, held from 10-2pm. Children and parents walk from a pier in Riverside Park up to the school, and then stay for an afternoon of games, sports, bouncy house, etc! Silver Music will have a table in the school yard with information about our programs, and will give a Group Performance at 12:30, led by Karolyn and Ellen. We have room for any and all violin students (playing Twinkle and beyond) and a few advanced cello students. We welcome parent volunteers to help us as well.
